Responsibilities

Manages the administrative operations of the Legislative House
Prepares sitting agendas, order papers, notices, and official correspondence
Records proceedings, maintains legislative journals, and safeguards official documents
Provides guidance to members on parliamentary rules, procedures, and legislative processes
Coordinates the implementation and follow-up of House resolutions, motions, and decisions
Supervises legislative staff and ensures the smooth running of House sessions
Supports legislative planning, documentation, and archival management
