Responsibilities

Leads the Finance Department and oversees all monetary transactions of the LCDA
Prepares the annual budget and long-term financial plans
Signs and verifies financial documents, payment approvals, and official accounts
Ensures accurate tracking of revenue, expenditure, and financial reporting
Allocates funds to essential projects such as infrastructure, public health, sanitation, and community development
Works with departments to ensure proper utilization of funds
Prepares financial statements, reports, and audits for transparency
Advises the Executive Chairman and Council on financial matters and fiscal policy
Ensures compliance with financial laws, procurement guidelines, and accounting standards
