Hon. (Dr.) Agbaje Lukmon Abiodun Marks Day 3 of 100 Days in Office with Back-to-School Materials Distribution to Primary School Pupils

As part of activities marking the ongoing 100 Days in Office Celebration, the Executive Chairman of Ayobo-Ipaja LCDA, Hon. (Dr.) Agbaje Lukmon Abiodun, has once again demonstrated his administration’s unwavering commitment to educational development by distributing school bags and exercise books to pupils across the LCDA’s nine primary schools.

The initiative, aptly tagged “Champion of Education,” featured the distribution of 500 school bags and 15,000 exercise books to excited pupils who eagerly participated in the event.

Speaking during the symbolic presentation, Hon. (Dr.) Agbaje Lukmon Abiodun reiterated that education remains the bedrock of every progressive society, emphasizing that his administration will continue to invest in the future of young learners.

“Education is the best legacy any sane society can give to its children,” he said. “I encourage you all to make proper use of these materials and remain dedicated to your studies because you are the leaders of tomorrow.”

The Executive Vice Chairman, Hon. Oladipupo Oluwaloni, also addressed parents and guardians, urging them to support teachers in nurturing and guiding their children. He applauded the Chairman’s proactive leadership in prioritizing education and empowering young minds.

The Council Manager, Mr. Saheed Babatunde, showered commendations on the Chairman’s visionary approach, assuring residents that more impactful initiatives and democratic dividends are underway.

Adding weight to the accolades, the APC Apex Leader in Alimosho and the Director General, Grassroots Mobilization for Tinubu 2027, Hon. Prince Adebisi Abdulrahman Yusuff, described the initiative as a “round peg in a round hole,” praising Hon. Agbaje’s passion for development.

“This thoughtful initiative reflects the true essence of governance—meeting the needs of the people, especially the younger generation,” he stated. “Hon. Agbaje has once again proven his dedication to building a brighter future for our children.”

The event further cemented the administration’s commitment to quality education and community development. Parents, teachers, and pupils expressed heartfelt appreciation, noting that the gesture will significantly enhance the children’s learning experience.
