Responsibilities

  • Leads the Finance Department and oversees all monetary transactions of the LCDA
  • Prepares the annual budget and long-term financial plans
  • Signs and verifies financial documents, payment approvals, and official accounts
  • Ensures accurate tracking of revenue, expenditure, and financial reporting
  • Allocates funds to essential projects such as infrastructure, public health, sanitation, and community development
  • Works with departments to ensure proper utilization of funds
  • Prepares financial statements, reports, and audits for transparency
  • Advises the Executive Chairman and Council on financial matters and fiscal policy
