Programme reinforces the council’s commitment to staff capacity building and service excellence.
The Executive Chairman of Ayobo-Ipaja Local Council Development Area, Hon. Agbaje Lukman, has once again demonstrated his commitment to capacity building and effective service delivery by organizing another round of in-house training for staff of the LCDA through the Human Resources Department, headed by Mrs Williams Temitope on Thursday 16th of October, 2025
The training, themed “Skill Development and Proactive Approach to Project Execution and Career/Professional Growth,” was designed to equip council staff with modern administrative and technical skills required for improved productivity and efficient project management.
In his opening remarks, Hon. Agbaje emphasized the importance of continuous learning in public service, noting that human capacity development remains a key driver for sustainable progress in the LCDA. He urged participants to embrace the training as an opportunity to sharpen their skills, adopt proactive strategies, and uphold professionalism in the discharge of their duties.
The program featured interactive sessions led by experienced facilitator who shared insights on effective project planning, teamwork, innovation, and leadership within the public sector.
Hon. Agbaje reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to prioritizing staff welfare and development, adding that well-trained personnel are vital to the successful implementation of the council’s developmental agenda.
The participants expressed appreciation to the Chairman for his visionary leadership and continuous investment in their professional growth.
